LogiMarket.ma is a B2B sales platform exclusively for professionals.

2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all product sales made via the website www.logimarket.ma between LogiMarket.ma and its professional customers, within the framework of business-to-business (B2B) commercial relations.

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

3. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS (B2B)

LogiMarket.ma is reserved for professionals only, including:

  • Restaurants, cafes, hotels (HORECA)

  • Snack bars, dark kitchens

  • Shops, grocery stores

  • Offices, businesses, public bodies

  • Resellers and distributors

The client declares to have:

  • a valid trade register

  • an ICE number

  • the legal capacity to contract

LogiMarket.ma reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet these criteria.

4. PRODUCTS

The products offered are mainly food products, beverages, fresh products, frozen products, as well as non-food products intended for professional use.

Visuals and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.
Minor variations (packaging, weight, brand) may exist depending on supplier arrivals.

5. PRICES

  • Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD)

  • They are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated

  • The applicable VAT is added at the time of invoicing

LogiMarket.ma reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on already validated orders.

6. ORDERS

6.1 Order process

The order is considered firm and definitive after:

  • cart validation

  • acceptance of GTCS

  • confirmation by LogiMarket.ma

LogiMarket.ma reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • previous dispute

  • payment default

  • erroneous information

  • suspicion of fraud

7. AVAILABILITY & STOCK OUTS

Orders are prepared within the limits of available stock.
In case of total or partial stock out:

  • the customer will be informed

  • an invoice adjustment or refund may be made

8. DELIVERY

8.1 Delivery zones

  • Casablanca & nearby regions: direct LogiMarket delivery

  • Other cities: partner carriers

8.2 Deadlines

  • Casablanca: Generally the same day.

  • Outside Casablanca: 24 to 48 working hours on average, depending on the city

Delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.

8.3 Receipt

The customer is required to:

  • check the goods upon delivery

  • report any anomaly immediately on the delivery note

9. TRANSFER OF RISKS

Risks are transferred to the customer:

  • upon delivery

  • or upon handover to the carrier

10. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • bank transfer

  • cash (within legal limits)

  • check

  • POS terminal

  • deferred payment (if written commercial agreement)

  • Online Bank Card

10.1 Late payment

Any delay may result in:

  • suspension of deliveries

  • late payment penalties

  • termination of the customer account

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (B2B)

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B sales, particularly for:

  • food products

  • perishable products

  • opened or used products

12. RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be made:

  • on the day of delivery

  • in writing (email or delivery note)

No returns will be accepted without prior validation from LogiMarket.ma.

13. LIABILITY

LogiMarket.ma's liability cannot be engaged in case of:

  • improper use of products

  • non-compliance with storage conditions

  • force majeure (strike, bad weather, supplier shortage…)

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Any event beyond the control of LogiMarket.ma preventing the normal execution of obligations is considered a case of force majeure.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the LogiMarket.ma website (texts, images, logo, brands) is protected and remains the exclusive property of Rizkouner SARL AU.

Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

16. PERSONAL DATA

Customer data is processed in accordance with current Moroccan legislation.
It is used exclusively for commercial and operational purposes.

17. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

These GTCS are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
